Some data in the exclusivity register and in invoicing must be kept to comply with the law or defend our rights: erasure may then be refused, with an explanation.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr/en/complaints), or to the authority of your own country.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Customer e-mails are compared as encrypted fingerprints in the exclusivity register, the download link of an order contains a secret that we keep only as a fingerprint, payments are confirmed by a verified Stripe signature, and administration data is protected by restricted access.

8. Who the service is for

The service is intended for businesses and their managers. It is not intended for minors.
